If you don't move...your scale will not move either! I can eat the right foods, drink the water, but if I don't do my aerobic walking...the scale stubbornly sticks!! I chose walking as my exercise because I will actually DO it. emoticon emoticon

  • ...And I have noticed the opposite as well. You can walk to the ends of the earth, but if you don't change your eating pattern you won't loose any weight either. They go together - exercise and eating right.

  • I agree with you - At the first of the year I started watching what I was eating and not exercising and nothing happened. I have now added exercise along with my diet and I have started seeing some weight loss. - by TAR2011TAN
