Just keep smiling!!! It takes so much more effort to stay mad then to just be happy. It's infectious too, so you'd be suprised how much better your environment gets when you spread the smile.
I have found that when I need to be adjusting my mind to a more positive set that I click on the Secrets of Success and start reading the "Staying Positive" part. I continue to read page after page until I find myself smiling. It has benefited me, so I am guessing it will help others also. Keep smiling sunshine. 67
Each day and smile to yourself, and tell yourself something you like about yourself. Just stand there and keep smiling for a little while, absorbing what is staring back at you. Eventually, with time, it sinks in and you will feel better about yourself.
