I am full and satisfied after eating 4-6 oz of greek yogurt. It is a great source of protein and is a thicker (like pudding) satisfying snack. I have to be careful not to eat too much a day because I really like it!

i use greek yogurt w/a small amount of mixed berries and low fat granola or cereal crushed on top. I have it for breakfast when I get to work.

I love it plain or with splenda and thawed berries. I can't believe how much more protein it has- worth a few extra cents!

I like it too1 And I combine it with Frozen( thawed) Triple Berries. (Blackberries, Raspberries amd Blueberries) about once a day for my snack.

Replace mayonnaise with low fat Greek yogurt
I mixed mustard into low fat Greek yogurt to eat along with meat, sandwiches and wraps. To replace thousand island dressing, I mixed half a teaspoon of ketchup into yogurt. When eating seafood, I mixed a little wasabi into 2 tablespoon of Greek yogurt and use as sauce. It helps me to increase my protein intake while reducing carbs and fats.
