I've given up three items I loved...BUTTER, MAYO & SUGAR. I've also cut my portion sizes down. I've been unable to exercise due to a bad knee. I've one from 210 in August to 177 this morning. This has been an easy path for me to follow. Yes, at Christmas I did have a few sweets and still the scales show success.
Still have 22 pounds to shed and then learn how to maintain.
