This Sparked Me!

I've given up three items I loved...BUTTER, MAYO & SUGAR. I've also cut my portion sizes down. I've been unable to exercise due to a bad knee. I've one from 210 in August to 177 this morning. This has been an easy path for me to follow. Yes, at Christmas I did have a few sweets and still the scales show success. emoticon

Still have 22 pounds to shed and then learn how to maintain. emoticon

    I have bad knees as well. I've already had surgery on one I am I pretty certain I will have to have surgery on the other. The floor exercises are almost impossible for me to do on the bootcamp videos (it is oainfuk down on my knees). I am able to work through the pain doing dance workouts and tae bo for the most part although I cannot kick very high. What excercises were you able to do to meet your goals?

    i dont have time to really exercise, so did you lose this weight without exercising? and how?
