I've given up three items I loved...BUTTER, MAYO & SUGAR. I've also cut my portion sizes down. I've been unable to exercise due to a bad knee. I've one from 210 in August to 177 this morning. This has been an easy path for me to follow. Yes, at Christmas I did have a few sweets and still the scales show success.
Still have 22 pounds to shed and then learn how to maintain.

Obsticles. I don't think so. Each day I need to choose to live my life to loose.
After trying diet after diet, I realize it takes me to be successful, not dieting, exercise or surgery, but me. If I choose to lose weight I will. Now that I have that down, what do we do when we have obsticles. I need to make my health a priority. I If I put him there, then now I go forward.
