    I thought it was ice water you drink, pref. w/ lemon so that your metabolism is revved up since your body has to balance out the temps.

  • room temp water is the only way I can drink it due to excessive bloating and gas. I buy gallons of spring water and fill a 20 ounce bottle and drink it before each meal and snack which comes out to 5 bottles (100 oz) a day. most of the time I chug it and get it over with and then find by doing so I never need anything to drink while Im eating - by CANDYGIRL1980
