Radishes reduce cholesterol and triglycerides. Radishes are high in potassium and helps reduce blood pressure,they are low glycemic, Low in caloires and support healthy digestion. Radishes are a great snack, they are low in digestible carbohydrates, cleans out the kidneys as they are high in water content and can help regulate metabolism. Radishes can help many disorders, like cancer, Bronchitis and Asthma, and weight lose.

MORE INFORMATION:
In a small bowl, beat cream cheese and butter until smooth; stir in the radishes, onion, parsley and seasoned salt. Chill for at least 1 hour.

    i have been eating radishes for years. I learned of a recipe through macrobiotic cooking. Boil them, and keep firm, and then stir in tamari (soy sauce but better) a little bit of toasted oil. Boiling them, changes the composition from hot, to sweet.
