If you love crunch and strong flavors try this: 1/3 cup radishes in matchstick slices, 1 cucumber and/or zuchinni diced, 2 celery sticks diced, salt and pepper to taste, 1/3 cup cider vinegar, I tablespoon stevia or other sweetener, 2 tablespoons white raisins Amounts are guidelines- change to taste. Mix all well and eat at room temp or cold. I keep a container in the fridge and eat for snacks or as side dish. Sometimes add a little feta. Some stores have radishes already prepped and sliced- very handy. emoticon - by ASDSPARK

  • i have been eating radishes for years. I learned of a recipe through macrobiotic cooking. Boil them, and keep firm, and then stir in tamari (soy sauce but better) a little bit of toasted oil. Boiling them, changes the composition from hot, to sweet. - by DEBBA330
