The body stores protein. When dieting or on a low calorie program, the body creates excess uric acid which can lead to kidney stones. Drinking lots of water dilutes your urine, stops hunger and can create a sensation of being full.

    The only thing water can do in quench your thirst. Individual water needs vary and many foods are a valuable source of fluid, not just sticking to the unproven theory that water helps you loose weight.

    I like diet cranberry with 2 grams of sugar by Oceanspray...I mix half of A GLASS WITH WATER. Still counts toward fluid intake.

    Drinking water takes a lot of effort for me......I like favored watered. However, now I don't like the artificial sweeteners
