I find it difficult to eat fruit the best way to ensure I do is by getting out the blender and tossing in some fruit. This morning I made smoothies with orange juice, banana and pineapple 3 fruits for the day already in! It's a good way to make sure your family/kids get their fruit in for the day too! Think of all the different fruity possibilities you can come up with! and most of all enjoy!:)478
