I joined SparkPeople in 09, but found it a bit much to write all the food information down to enter into the nutrition tracker - so I quickly stopped using it.
This time, I added the SparkPeople app to my iPhone and I can track my foods/drinks, exercise, water and other goals no matter where I am! No writting them down, no forgetting- it's very simple! And...I am losing weight MUCH more consistently!!
I added the app on my iPhone- so any "i" products can be used, I am not positive if other cell companies/phone models have the option, but it's worth looking in to!
