I eat 5 times a day. Breakfast, morning snack, lunch, afternoon snack and then dinner. By spreading out my daily meals, I keep from eating too much in the evening because I am starving. My metabolism stays up all day and I lose weight faster.

    I do the same and it helps my metabolism to stay at an even keel all day, I never get so hungry that I eat something out of control, doesn't mean I don't get a craving, and yes when I have a craving for something sweet I eat it, mind you I don't go overboard but eat a smaller amount and enjoy every bite...

    I agree with this. I have been trying to lose weight for years with no success. With this plan I have lost 22 pounds. Its important to keep yourself fueled.
