then weigh yourself in the morning, AFTER you void (a "nice" word for poop). If you weigh in two to three times a week, it is motivating to weigh in BEFORE you eat breakfast and AFTER voiding. Make sure to eat breakfast no matter what the scale says, and then plan accordingly for the rest of the day's snacks and meals.

    That is the ONLY time I weigh myself, lol. It's good to know other people use this strategy as well!
