Think Basic when eating and choosing foods. Cavemen did not have cookies, cakes, pasta, sugar or soda. They ate fruit, grains, vegtables, meat and drank water. 306
I try to eat more veggies, and try to look at sugary foods as the enemy, I also eat my meals off a saucer instead of a regular plate and what doesnt fit doesnt get eaten. I start filling the plate with veggies first.And I am not a water drinker so i use the crystal lite packets in my water.
Tracking what I ate really helped me realize how much junk I was shoveling into my body. I track my food every day and I feel great knowing that as the pounds come off my body is getting exactly what it needs. I am probably eating nearly as much as before, I am just making healthy choices!306
