I keep a small glass bowl of fresh lemon wedges in the fridge at eye level at all times. By storing them in sight, they're handy for salad dressings and recipes, my morning hot lemon water, or just throwing one into a glass of water. (I keep them in a small glass refrigerator dish so the acid doesn't break down plastic. Stored this way, they keep for 3-4 days.)

Lemon - Makes Water Delicious and Helps you Keep Track
Every morning I cut a lemon into eight wedges. Each time I drink a glass of water during the day I squeeze one of the lemon wedges into the water. The lemon makes the water yummier, and when all eight wedges are gone, I know I've had my eight glasses of water for the day.
How to get that Water Intake up to where it should be!!!
In the a.m., cut up a lemon (wedges) and put them in a small cup in refrigerator, top & center. Each time I drink water, i've been putting two wedges of lemon. Seeing the lemon everytime you open the fridge serves as a 'reminder', and makes the water taste great!
Helps you get that required 8 cups a day! :)
Drink your water! And to make it go down easier and more refreshing, add a frozen lemon wedge! The lemony flavor is much better when your lemon wedge is frozen. Keep frozen wedges in the freezer in a zip-top baggie.
