I know we all enjoy a nice Starbucks coffee every now and then but they do so much damage. So my little trick to enjoying Starbucks but not giving in to the urge to "make it a Venti" is find yourself a travel mug that you love and is as small as you can find. Keep it with you so that whenever you feel the need for a Starbucks you are still abkle to "portion control" your drink.

I found a good list of under 200 calorie drinks at Starbucks. I haven't been there in a while as I am somewhat addicted. These were listed on their website so you can arm yourself before you step in the door 469
I used to be a Starbucks fanatic- seriously every day I would buy a tall white mocha. I bought a coffee grinder for about 17 bucks, inexpensive coffee beans (sometimes Starbucks brand) but from a store other than Starbucks, then buy the International Vanilla creme. It's delicious and I save money and it's only 30 calories per tablespoon.
When posting a recipe please proof read it before submitting. Misspelled words can make the recipe HARD to understand. Also really proof the ingredients and directions. Sure you know and understand the recipe but others may not, and we are not mind readers. LOL Thanks 306
