Go To Sleep At Night!




I know insomnia can get the better of us, but get in the bed and go to sleep! Kick your computer and TV out of the bedroom if need be. The later you stay up in that over night cram session, catching up on youtube videos, just lounging around, or watching infomercials--the more likely you are to eat for the sake of eating. It might help to throw in a brief, but vigorous workout, before or after dinner to burn some energy and help you fall asleep faster.

    Camomile tea also helps. Celestial Seasonings has a Honey Vanilla Camomile that even a non-tea drinker like me can take straight up (no sugar or milk.) It also helps lower my heart rate when I get ready to donate plasma so I pass the screening test. - by GAIAGIRL1
