I LOVE Salmon and stumbled across this recipe this week-So simple and easy and full of flavour! 4 salmon steaks :mix together 1/2 cup of light mayo, 1/4 cup lemon juice, 1tbsp of dill, dash of pepper to taste, dash of garlic salt to taste, and top with lemon wedge cook at 350 for approx 25 mins and they are SOOO yummy and juicy!! :)
