    My friend has to eat meat with less iron. Beef has to be reduced, a lot. He has iron overload. It means more calcium and less vitamin C. He doesn't like fish, seafood or cabbage, which are the main food items for this problem. If anyone has any helpful ideas, I would appreciate it. I have spent hours reading the internet, talking to doctors. Thanks.
