Stomache Growl...Learn To Listen..Dont Eat If Your Not Hungry



DOnt eat if your not hungry..Learn the differance between hunger and your stomache playing treats. Only eat when your stomache growls..My stomache will growl three times a day.. don't eat after 7am...and i drink a LOT of water..when i get tired of water i add lemon or lime...

I DONT drink any pop,soda,kool aid or tea..if you get off these things you may get a headache that's because your body wants the suger. If you STOP the soda etc i promise you will lose weight

If you try the stomache growl..for the first few days it will take a few hours before your stomache growls eat little thru the day healthy foods. and a good dinner. dont miss a workout!

  • You're body not only craves sugar- but caffeine- when you're talking about pop/soda. I get migraines when I don't have caffeine- it's not the sugar at all and there are very few people who can stop caffeine cold turkey- it's generally a weaning process.

    I second the water flavors. I have many flavors and most are 10 calories per pack and I use it in 24- 32 ounces of water, depending on which water bottle I'm using. - by SHAMACHA
  • Lipton diet green tea with citrus has NOTHING in it but 80mg sodium it is very tasty and a change from water. Just sayin
