I always thought eating more was a horrific idea, but since I've started eating a BIG breakfast, a big lunch and a light dinner (with 2 moderate snacks in between, maintaining 1,200-1,500 cals a day) I look and feel better. Who would have thought! Making a good decision in the morning often leads to good decisions throughout the day. :)

I liked this perspective. I think I am going to try and look at each meal or snack as one decision at a time, to me this makes eating healthy seem less daunting. This might not be exactly what she was saying but its what I got out of it.30
