We can track any nutrients you want. Calcium, Potassium, Vitamin A, etc. The food tracker allows us to add any of this. Now, rather than going for the multi-vitamin first, I'm trying to see if I can eat foods that'll get me my Recommended Daily Allowance of nutrients I want to track. As a result, I'm eating more whole foods and I'm too full to have much space for "junk" food or foods without nutrients.

MORE INFORMATION:
A key point: Nothing's off limits to me. If I felt I had space for a cookie or whatever, that's fine. But I'm full, so...
