eat a piece of fruit, or couple of slices of turkey breast every 2 hours between meals, and you will never be hungry when it's time to eat the main meal. Remember, if you sit down to eat " when your hungry" you will devour everything. When you sit down to eat "when your NOT hungry" you will eat only the right portion that you should eat.

Since I have started this way of eating I have lost 30 pounds last year. So, I KNOW this works. :)

  • Diabetics should eat a carb and a protein..the turkey breast is great, just add 1 bread stick...it regulates your blood sugar. Also eat lower glycemic fruits, tangerines, plums, 30 cherries, orange, peach, pear or apple. The take longer to digest and help keep hunger away whether you are dietetic or diabetic. - by SUNSHINE6442
