I don't know how I would be able to get through my intense craving for sweets without Low Fat Frozen Yogurt!!! I don't eat it every night; but, I can't be without it! The serving size is 1/2 cup, and I eat it VERY SLOWLY; which is just enough to satisfy my monster within!!!
If you haven't tried any of them, pick a flavor you like (Strawberry/Banana, or Caramel Pecan Crunch are my favorites) and give it a try!!!! Just be sure that you've allocated the calories and watch your portion size!!!

When you know you are going out for a meal (special occasions) use the calorie tracker to 'Plan Your Indulgence'. Enter what you plan to eat first. Then fill in the rest of the day/meals with foods that will help you meet your protein, fat & carb goals. You CAN indulge & still eat in the limits.
This way you can enjoy your indulgence without feeling guilty or like you have saboutaged yourself.
I ate a doughnut yesterday because they were sitting around the office. It was an indulgence I allowed myself, but today I've eaten healthy all day and am now loging-in feeling full from a wonderfully healthy dinner and full of motivation despite the little indulgence.
