I bought a 3 ring binder and put dividers in it. One divider is for my meal plans, another is for 'old fashioned' recipes, another for crock pot recipes, shopping list ,etc. It's easier to plan out the week when everything is all in one place.
I also keep my christmas card list, emergency numbers, and anything else important in there. It's kind of become our family bible of sorts.

I have a daily folder for ongoing projects and things I do every day, a weekly folder for things I do once a week, each item marked for their day of the week, and also a monthly folder. Every morning I review all folders and pick the "must do today" items, then the "might do". Then I do 'em!
Taking 5-10 minutes in the morning to plan the day really helps!
I set up a Gmail account that is only for our bills.I keep track of everything there. All my bills go there and are not lost in all my other email. I made folders for each bill and folders for things to pay in the next 15 days and the next 30 days. Once I get confirmation that the bill is paid, I put it in the correct folder. One of the best things I've done to keep on track.
Scrapbookers~ Use Those Plastic See-Through $1.00 Folders to House Themes!
I have ALOT of themes for scrapbooking~ Animals,Baby,Pets, Romance/Valentine's Day,etc. When a craft store has a sale on the plastic see-through folders for a $1.00each [regularly $2.99],I buy a bunch of them as I "house" themes in each one and then store them upright alphabetically .For example~ my"Disneyland " plastic folder has in it~any Disney paper, embellishments,Cricut cut-outs from Disney cartridge~Mickey font ~and even "mouse" related stuff I might want to use on pages for Disneyland.
This way when we go to Disneyland, I have a place to go that is PRE-ORGANIZED for scrapbooking those pages!
