Are these really healthy? fat calories 81, carb calories 100 and protein calories 40 for total of 221 calories for just one cookie. Yes I know everything in moderation, but that still seems high for a snack to me, but if it works or you 'm glad. Have a GREAT and HEALTHY day.

I am finding myself logging into sparkpeople more often. Like if I feel that maybe I will go grab a snack or maybe go get fast food for lunch instead of eating what I packed. I log on and go to peoples success stories and something clicks with me. I feel much better and it helps me stay on track.
When I stay up late, I snack to 'keep going'. Then I do it again the next day because I'm sleepy. You can't snack too much if you're asleep, and the next day you won't need the extra food.
