Setting and reaching your goals is an important aspect of life, no matter what you wish to accomplish. Yearly goals can be too daunting and daily goals can be too much work to keep track of. Weekly goals are a great way to achieve success in any area of your life.
Just try to focus on one set of goals at a time, though it may be tempting to do more. One set allows you the greatest amount of focus and won't be as likely to overwhelm you.
Setting a final weight goal is great but it's going to take a long time for some of us to get there. Set daily goals, weekly goals, monthly goals and final goals. They don't all have to be weight related. Any health related goal will help with weight loss because it's hard to stay on track when you don't feel well or you feel overwhelmed by a crazy schedule.464
