When trying to get at least 8 8 ounce glasses of water in per day, I find it easiest to use large cups with straws. Then I'm mindlessly sipping and not realizing how fast I'm getting my waters in. Sometimes I will also add a few drops of lemon juice or a Crystal Light packet to it for a bit of added flavor.

    I use True Lemon in my water - it is a packet of pure crystallized lemon - no additives. Looks like a sugar packet so very easy to keep with me. I find it at www.DiscountCoffee.com. That is where I get all my mixes for my water. I love their Morning Spark drink mix - has a shot of caffeine to get me going in the morning.
