This Sparked Me!

I tried lemon juice as a dressing. It tasted much better than I thought and certainly helps in watching sodium levels.

I use salsa to save on calories but it is high in sodium. I squeeze lemon on brown rice sometimes to give it some pep. I hadn't thought to try that on salad! Thanks.

I like to make my own with olive oil and balsamic vinegar.
