I've had a chance to use a couple of Jillian Michaels workout videos and I have to say they are by far the best I've ever done. What a GREAT workout......you won't be disappointed. The 30 shred is more cardio but does have some abs.......and then the 6 week 6 pack works your all over body. You can't help but see results.....!! Two Thumbs up..!!

Hello Everyone, I am new to SparkPeople. My initial goal is to lose between 8-10 pounds of fat, tone and sculpt by body by May 15th. My long term goal is to lose 25 pounds. After reading many of your reviews and praises, I have decided to enlist the help of Jillian Michaels' 30 Day Shred exercise video; however, I am curious as to whether or not anyone has used the 30-Day Shred for a cardio workout in the morning and at night, as a means to jump start your weight loss. If so, I would love to hear about your results.
