Don't buy the stuff you don't want to be eating. If you have children who ask for their favorite candy/snack/treat, think about how you're trying to become more healthy. Then ask yourself, Don't I want that for my whole family? If you wouldn't eat it, why would you feed it to any of the other members in your family. If it's not in the house, there can be no temptation. Just like you've made adjustments, your family will learn to adjust too.
