just as I begin to run out of steam during my run, I start counting slowly to 10. I do this 10 times marking each 10 off with a tap of my finger to my thumb and before I know it I've gone at least 2 minutes longer....

I live in the heat and to work up a sweat i run in place when the dogs are out they take there time and i get to work out at the same time and they go out a lot and sometimes they just want to run and play so i let them cause i can not go to far cause of my oxygen so i get work outs that way mild but still work outs
