    Sometimes the simplest things work the best! I would add be realistic when you're planning. If you try to pack too much in you set yourself up for failure & could end up being discouraged.

    I'm trying...but THANKS for the reminder. I plan my menu for the week (dinner) so that I can get dinner on the table in a timely manner and always have options available for lunch!! I also know what I can eat at several restaurants should the need arise. Good Luck and much Success in 2011!!
