Find a friend with a similar healthy eating or drinking goal and make a commitment to stick to the goal and to check in with one another everyday. Limit the goal to just one week. Then, the next week, find another common goal or continue with the same one but make it a bit more challenging than the first time around. emoticon

    A few co-workers and I are challenging one another to bring lunch each day. Bring sandwiches or lean cuisine....just do not go out and get something drive thru. It is helping keep us on track.
