Perimeter Grocery Shopping

When shopping for groceries stick to the perimeter of the store and avoid the aisles. The perimeter usually contains your produce, meats, dairy aisle and bakery allowing to reduce the amount of processed and sugary foods you purchase.

The frozen vegetable aisle is also valuable, but avoid the sections of ice cream and frozen pizzas.

    I usually need coffee, tea, brown rice, dried beans, organic foods, health foods, whole wheat pastas which are in the isle sections of the stores, so sometimes peremeter shopping doesn't work
