If I ever have the desire to snack, I grab a handful of sunflower seeds. They take a long time to crack and eat; also, a handful of sunflower seeds, particularly the low-salt ones, aren't bad for you!

    Sunflower seeds are highly beneficial. They have be known to lower cholesteroland triglycerides and are good for the heart. They have healthy fats,vitamin E, proteins, fibers, minerals. Great as a snack or on unshelled varity on salads or mix them with popcorn
