If I ever have the desire to snack, I grab a handful of sunflower seeds. They take a long time to crack and eat; also, a handful of sunflower seeds, particularly the low-salt ones, aren't bad for you!

  • Sunflower seeds are highly beneficial. They have be known to lower cholesteroland triglycerides and are good for the heart. They have healthy fats,vitamin E, proteins, fibers, minerals. Great as a snack or on unshelled varity on salads or mix them with popcorn - by SUNSHINE6442
