I love my George Foreman grill. First I spray a coating of olive oil. Then I put on the fresh veggies. LOVE sliced zucchini and asparagus on the grill. I sprinkle on some Greek Seasoning. Then George does the work. Healthier and quicker veggies.

I will be using mine a lot now that the weather (for those of us with winters) is forcing me inside. I make grilled vegetable paninis on the GF grill and they're delicious with a bowl of chicken soup which I make with left over chicken, noodles and vegetables in the crockpot. All done with little effort.
Having a George Foreman grill and a crockpot is a great investment in time and nutrition.
I recently traded my old Foreman grill for a new model with grill plates that remove. It is so much easier to clean, I highly recommend it. I use the Foreman for fish (salmon, tilapia, mahi, cod, etc.), boneless chicken, pork chops, steaks, veggies, and hamburger. My family and I like the results.
I've learned that preparing my food ahead of time makes dieting and transitioning into a lifestyle change easier. If I want to grill chicken for dinner the day after, I defrost and season at night. That way it's ready to grill tomorrow (george Foreman or outside grill).
