Every day I make a point of doing at least one kind thing for someone. It makes me feel good and I hope it makes my "victim" start their day with a smile and maybe pass on a kindness. Its usually something simple like letting someone out of the Dunkin Donuts parking lot into the line of heavy traffic when everyone else is rude and won't leave an inch between cars for fear of someone getting in front of them. Its selfish because I do it to start my day off on a positive note.

"Giving all diligence, add to your faith virtue, to virtue knowledge, to knowledge temperance, to temperance patience, to patience godliness, to godliness brotherly kindness, and to brother kindness LOVE,"
"For if these things be in you and abound, your will be neither barren or unfruitful.....".
I try to practice random acts of kindness at least once a day. It can be something as small as holding a door open for someone, letting someone get in line in front of you at the market if they have fewer items and you have a full cart, whatever little things you see. It makes people so happy to be treated to an unexpected kindness and reminds me to be more positive throughout my day.
