Baby Food For Those Who Dislike Most Fruits And Vegetables

I really dont' like fresh fruit or vegetables. I I came up with this from the baby food diet (which I don't really suggest anybody follow) but I mentioned it to my MD and she thought is was a good way to get in my daily fruit and vegetables. She had wanted me to eat a little throughout the day and I found my quick snack choices were usually sugary or carb laden. By eating these portions of natural fruits and verggies I'm snacking more wisely.

I have no problem eating healthy foods when they are foods that I find appealing. Healthy eating gets such a bad rep for tasting bad but there are so many options it's nearly impossible to dislike all of them. If you don't like the taste of a healthy food try something else, don't make healthy eating a chore.
If you're a sweet snacker try some sweet fruits If you're into sour candies try a citrus fruit If you're into salty try some nuts
So many people hate Tuna, well I enjoy it. Many who "hate it" have never tired it, or have only tried it prepared 1 way. Don't forget to experiment with perpetration techniques.
