I really dont' like fresh fruit or vegetables. I
I came up with this from the baby food diet (which I don't really suggest anybody follow) but I mentioned it to my MD and she thought is was a good way to get in my daily fruit and vegetables. She had wanted me to eat a little throughout the day and I found my quick snack choices were usually sugary or carb laden. By eating these portions of natural fruits and verggies I'm snacking more wisely.
