Have The Munchies? Eat A Pickle!




When I really am craving a savory snack and I'm considering going for chips and dip or crackers and cheese, I eat a whole half-sour pickle. Crunchy, salty, and satisfying for only a few calories. Be careful, because they're high in sodium, but they really hit the spot for occasional munchies and keep me away from salty snacks that are high in calories.
