15 minutes sounds like it could effect little ... but look at the amount of videos Spark posts that feature challenging exercises that are less than that. I'm thinking of "10 Quick Cardio Moves," 10 minute Stretching Routine for runners," "Bootcamp: 7 minute Arm Shaper," and "9 minute Lower Body Sculpt."

I'm sure there are myriads more ... I just haven't been involved in Spark long enough to have a longer list.

Go for it !!! 15 faithful minutes a day. Plan a week ahead which ones for which morning and surprise yourself ... be strong mentally !!!

15 minutes 3 x a week is a great place to start if you are a beginner, coming back from an illness, or returning from inactivity for any reason. The secret, for me, is that exercise makes me feel so good, I want to increase it. Even on days when I just didn't feel like it in the beginning. - by VAINVT
