Give up or reduce one sinful food that you eat/drink daily. Make it part of your goal list and track it. For example, I love coffee with a Tbsp. of half and half. I drink 2 or 3 of those a day. If I drink only 1 a day as my goal, I lose calories. Calculate how many calories you will lose over a year by changing that one little sin. For example: 1 Tbsp. of half and half cream is 20 calories. 20 X 365 = 7300 calories! OMG! I still enjoy one cup of rich, creamy coffee daily, but now I savor it!
