Night Routine: Water By Bedside

every night before i go to bed i fill a glass of water and put it by my bed. in the morning it's the first thing i see and i take it with me as i start my day. i get in my first 2 glasses of water easily, and i actually have come to enjoy drinking water first thing in the morning. it also makes it easier to drink it the rest of the day.

    i do the same as well!! only i usually wake up sometime around 3 or 4 in the morning and that's when i start drinking. excellent idea!
