My workout routine at Curves. At Curves they have a computerized personal trainer called Curves Smart and you have to keep your reps on the machine consistent and steadily improve on each machine by maintaining a green light on the machine when you check out every day it shows a map of how you did. You get a few green dots and usually a lot of yellow to show the areas where you didn't reach your goal for the days workout. It is usually rare to get all green dots. Today I was all green. WooHOO!

It really motivates me that I am making progress in my workouts and building my strength and losing weight.
I did my first 5K ever a couple weeks ago and I did a lot better than I thought I would because I haven't ran more than 1.5-2miles ever! While training on my treadmill I was doing it in 45min at 4mph. So when I did it in 37 min 10 sec I was psyched! And a photo company was there and they captured the moment I crossed the finish line!!! It was such a great moment for me! On their website I was able to purchase a mug with that picture on it.
