Every day I write a TODAY motivator. It is something I create on the spur of the moment, but place in view to help me throughout the day. You will see many of my TODAY's on member pages, blogs, posts, etc. Yesterday's gone, tomorrow's not here, so TODAY is all I need to deal with!
Focusing on TODAY, helps me realize that this change does not have to be overnight! It is a life-long adjustment that just requires one day at a time to become more healthy!
