I find that there are some exercises that i just cant do. Like i don't know about you, but i cant do more then 3 push ups at a time. Its just not happening. So to kind of make up for that fact, why not double an exercise you can do?
I may not be able to do 2 reps of 12 push ups, but i can do 3-4 reps of that Skater leg thing :]
Dont let yourself get down because you cant do something. Feel good because you can replace and fix it!
