I cook 5 meals every Sunday and store them for the week. My husband can choose one when he gets home and heat it for us so we can still eat together as a family. I don't feel guilty going to Gym and not cooking for my family. We also eat out less because we have good meals waiting for us.
I try and plan 5 meals that share ingredients to save money and make cooking easier. Try these 5 to start. Chili, Lasagna, Taco dinner, Vegetable soup, Tofu stir fry. You can use peppers, onions, tomatoes, brocolli, tofu in all these recipes. Good Luck
