It is very easy when you have kids to have reasons to not work out. I have learned this the hard way and it was not fun. I have learned that you cannot let you talk yourself out of exercise! I would always say "oh I am not gonna walk today I played with the kids for 2 hours" but playing with the kids involved sitting on the floor with barbies. so needless to say I didnt walk much at all. I had to learn to not talk myself into it cause that sounds pathetic but to not let ME talk myself out
of it. It was hard and took a long time to master but I went from walking around my house to walking a mile 4-5 times a week. Yes sometimes you dont want to but do not sabotage yourself. in the end it only hurts you!

Losing alot of weight is aNatural High . Unfortunately like any addiction, recovery is an ongoing process. I felt a complete sense of accomplishment, therefore I rewarded myself to Wendy;s.Then I told myself I could lose that & returned for another reward,Taco Bell! Don't fall victim
to thinking once you have reached your goal, all is said and done! Very far from the truth! As I said earlier food is an addiction as with alcoholics it alcohol. We Never are Cured! We always will stay in Recovery.... Just stop the relapse & remember food is not the enemy! We are our own worst enemy!
We don' allow our kids to judge others, we find it rude when other people judge others and hurtful if we ourselves are judged..So stop doing it to yourself ! Don't be your own worst enemy! Enjoy who you are, love who you are and the rest will follow.
