It is very easy when you have kids to have reasons to not work out. I have learned this the hard way and it was not fun. I have learned that you cannot let you talk yourself out of exercise! I would always say "oh I am not gonna walk today I played with the kids for 2 hours" but playing with the kids involved sitting on the floor with barbies. so needless to say I didnt walk much at all. I had to learn to not talk myself into it cause that sounds pathetic but to not let ME talk myself out
of it. It was hard and took a long time to master but I went from walking around my house to walking a mile 4-5 times a week. Yes sometimes you dont want to but do not sabotage yourself. in the end it only hurts you!
