Chewing Gum Can Be Beneficial

I have found that chewing gum is a helpful way to keep my daily calories in check. I pop in a piece after a meal and it curbs my tendency to start "grazing" between meals. I chew Orbit brand gum and it is less than 5 calories per stick so it doesn't add a lot of calories to my day. Its tastes great and I always have fresh breath!

    I don't usually need to do this in my home environment, but when I go out to eat at a restaurant, it's the only thing that stops me from eating! The same is true when I go home & see my family on holidays - Easter, Thanksgiving, and Christmas - there's constantly food just sitting out & tempting me ALL DAY, so I go for the gum!!!
