If you need to grease a pan (like to scramble eggs), use Pam instead of oil or butter. Especially if your food already has good fats in it, there's no point in adding extra and Pam does a great job of not adding what you don't need to your meals.

You can also use Pam to spray on any bread you are going to use to make a grilled sandwich such as grilled cheese instead of spreading butter on it. saves you lots of calories
