Humming throughout the day can can actually be beneficial to your heart, lungs, breathing and mood. Humming slows down your breathing rate and can calm you when you are anxious. 5 minutes of humming can lower your blood pressure and help with depression. Start humming today for at least 5 minutes...how about on your way to work or while brushing your teeth.
