Bedtime Snacking




I now eat a Laughing Cow Light Swiss Cheese wedge before bed at night rather than my past choices of "junk food" I find that I don't sleep well without something in my stomach right before bed. This satisfies my need for something creamy with a healthier choice.

More Information:

My past choices would include chocolate, ice cream or other high calorie carbs. This is a much better choice and I find I am content with one wedge rather than going back for more as I often did with other foods.
